How to Find Song Lyrics

Has this ever happened to you: you're listening to a great song on the radio but the lyrics are going by so fast that you can't make all of them outall The DJ (if they're even speaking) doesn't usually offer much other than the song title and artist if you're lucky. Don't you wish sometimes you knew all the words to that song that you just can't get out of your head?

If this is a familiar experience to you, I'm here to tell you that you have options. And I'm not talking about just making up words to replace those you can't distinguish. You don't even need to invest in a karaoke system and cds. Your lyrics quest can begin and end with a few mouse clicks and keyboard strokes.

The internet has numerous websites dedicated to song lyrics of all types. Most of these websites require no financial or signup commitment, so you can browse lyrics to your heart's content. Entering the text "song lyrics" into your favorite search engine will get the ball rolling for you.

You can also reverse this technique to find the title of a song if you know some of the lyrics. This can be less effective, but I've been able to find several song titles by simply entering in a line of the lyrics into a search engine. You may want to include the lyric in quotes if you try this approach.

If your search is for a real specialized genre of music and the traditional search method for lyrics doesn't bring anything back, I suggest trying one of the several discussion forums like Yahoo Answers. Keep in mind, the replies you get from sites like these can be from anyone, so there is no guarantee on the accuracy of the answers you get.

How to Find Southern Gospel Music Lyrics

Southern gospel music is different from other genres of gospel. Southern gospel is often referred to as "quartet music" because the group is comprised on an all male, tenor lead baritone bass quartet. The lyrics reference everyday problems of life and how God helps to answer these everyday problems.

If you are looking to find some Southern gospel lyrics, there are a lot of options for you from which to choose. I like Keepandshare because you have easy access to the music lyrics and they are formatted so that they will print out nicely from your printer. A lot of the other sites do not have this handy feature and it really helps for those times when you want to send your lyrics to a friend. You can visit AllGospelLyrics online to get Southern gospel lyrics as well as the lyrics for many other gospel genres. Sweetlyrics and Straightlyrics all feature gospel music so you should check them out.

An easy way to get your hands on some Southern gospel music lyrics is to simply plug these words into any website search engine and a myriad of sites will come up. The best part is that you can get the lyrics for free. Each site also has other gospel-related features as well. You can listen to gospel music and buy it online from the comfort of your own home.

The American gospel music directory is an online site that features gospel singers. The genre of gospel that the singer specializes in is indicated after their name so you can easily narrow down your search to Southern gospel music. Each singer is hyperlinked so that you go to the singer's website where you can hear their music and find out where they are performing.

Even better is if you can give the exact commercial, movie, or TV show on which the song appeared. How To Find The Name of a Song From a TV Commercial

With the slow death of commercial radio over the last few years, one manner that people hear new music is by way of the TV commercial. If I sit in front of the TV, and happen to catch a couple of commercials, at some point I'll find myself saying, "What song is thatall I like it."

So How Do You Find Out What Song It Is?

First of all, make note of the details of what you see and hear. What company is the ad for? What product? Are there any lyrics to the song? Remember, these details before you break out your favorite search engine.

Here is an example. I have this song in my head so I'll use it. A couple of years ago, I happened to catch part of an ad for the TV show Gossip Girl. There wasn't much to the ads really, just a bunch of random quick shots. But, there was a line in the song that I caught: "I'm the only sour cherry on your fruit stand."

So I went off to Google and did a quick search: gossip girl commercial "the only sour cherry on your fruit stand". That's all it took. If that wouldn't have worked, the second step would've been just to search the phrase: "the only cherry on your fruit stand" lyrics. That would've pulled up a site with lyrics to the song "Sour Cherry" by The Kills, which was the song in the ad.

If you still can't find it, then you have to put in a little more research. It's surprising how often you can find a commercial on YouTube. If I'm looking for a song, I can go to YouTube, search for the company and product name. Often times, companies even have their own YouTube channels. For instance, the beer company Heineken have a great channel with all of their ads on it. After a quick scan of the comments, 9 out of 10 times, you will find someone asking about the song. And there is almost always someone with the answer in those comments.

Another great resource for this is Twitter, in particular search.twitter.com. If you search for the phrase: Heineken commercial song. I can guarantee you someone, somewhere is going to be asking or talking about a song they just heard in a Heineken commercial. It's times like that where it just reminds me how huge the internet is!

Finally, if you do find that song you were looking for, please be sure to support that artist. If you like the song, buy it. iTunes, Amazon, and countless other stores will sell you the digital version of the song for under a dollar. That way the artist gets paid for making cool songs.

How to Write Rap Song Lyrics in 5 Steps

With the strong emergence of hip-hop in today's music scene, a lot of people are interested in learning to rap and want to know how to write rap song lyrics. While there is no "exact" way, these 5 quick tips will definitely help you to write a better rap song.

1. Find a Beat to Inspire You. Ever wonder how the pros beginning writing a rap songall 9 times out of 10 they begin by looking for beats to inspire them. They are looking for something that touches them in way that inspires and motivates them to write lyrics to. Everyone has a different taste in music, so find a beat that YOU like and can write naturally to. Find something that instantly grabs you and relates to you. You can find beats easily on the internet. Just search Google and Soundclick and you will be sure to find a beat to write rap song lyrics to.

2. Choose a Main Topic. Once you find a beat that you want to use, begin thinking of a topic that goes nicely with the beat you chose. Remember to choose a topic that relates with both YOU and the beat. If you chose a sad, emotional-sounding beat, then pick a topic that is sad and emotional and that you relate with. If you pick a club style beat then choose a topic that is relevant to the club scene. Listen to your beat, ask yourself what kind of impact you would like your rap song lyrics to have on people, and decide on your main topic. Remember that how you write rap song lyrics will greatly depend on your topic.

3. Write Your Hook. A lot of rappers and producers alike find it best practice to begin a rap song by first writing the hook. Now that you have your beat and main topic selected, you have a great foundation to begin writing your hook lyrics to.

To explain how to write rap hooks, I've broken hook-writing down into a few steps that I have found to be very effective.

a.) Consider these things: Do you want the hook to be catchy? Do you want it to be deep and emotional? Do you want to sing it or rap it out?

b.) Listen to the hook part of your beat. Vibe with the beat and start freestyling some ideas. Even if your words aren't making sense, freestyle to the beat to establish some different flows. Experiment and figure out what you like.

c.) Now that you have some ideas flowing, begin writing lyrics down. Make a list of words that you might want to incorporate into the hook.

d.) Look at your word list as you listen to the beat and begin freestyling some new ideas with these words.

e.) Once you come up with some strong ideas, it may be a good idea to quickly record them to see which one sounds the best. Once you've decided, we can move on with the verses!

4. Begin Writing the Verses. Now that the hook is finished, you have everything laid out for the verses. So how do you write rap song verses?

a.) Start each verse off strong in order to develop a connection with the listener right away. A good way to do this is to begin with a controversial, funny, bold, or catchy opening line.

b.) Now that you've got the listeners attention, finish out your verses with content that is relevant to your topic. Rhyme more than just the last word in each sentence when you can. Try to use different flow structures throughout instead of just sticking to one the whole time.

c.) If you are having trouble or writer's block, write out a list of rhyming words that relate to your topic (use a dictionary and thesaurus if necessary) and refer to this list to spark ideas.

d.) Just as you started off strong, end the verse lyrics strong too! Make sure you transition into the hook smoothly and finish with a bang!

5. Practice! Perhaps the most underrated part of rapping...practice! It's one thing to know how to write rap song lyrics, but putting it into action is something else. Once you have your song written, practice it over and over until you know it by heart and can recite it perfectly with no flaws. Trust me this is important!

I hope you now know how to write rap song lyrics more efficiently and effectively. Apply what you've learned to your next rap song and I am sure you will notice a difference!

How You Can Find Comfort in Jesus in "I'll Stand by You" Lyrics by the Pretenders

Oh, why you look so sadall

Tears are in your eyes

Come on and come to me now

Don't be ashamed to cry

Let me see you through

cause I've seen the dark side too

When the night falls on you

You don't know what to do

Nothing you confess

Could make me love you less.

Oh, why you look so sad?

Tears are in your eyes

As a man that suffers from Bipolar Disorder (manic depressive disorder) I have my blue days and often find my eyes filling up with tears. Sometimes the load can get so heavy and I really need the anointing and peace of the Holy Spirit just to cope. So often when I get sad I withdraw from all people and often I withdraw from Jesus also.

Come on and come to me now

Don't be ashamed to cry

Let me see you through

cause I've seen the dark side too

The days will s stretch on in my depression and sometimes I will make it to church and by the second chorus I am crying and I am not ashamed. What is so good about Jesus was that He was said by Isaiah to be a man of sorrows and He has seen a dark side too.

I weep at church right through the prase and worship service and peace comes and floods my soul and heart. Jesus sees me through.

Do you feel resonance in this song?

Does Jesus see you though when you are down?

Do you cry to Jesus?

We have to be able to come to Him more then just one day a week at church. I often do it in my bed at night when I chat to Jesus and yet when I get really depressed even my daily chats are called off.

So many people don't assume that God suffers and Jesus cries and yet with this world we see, surely watching all of what is going on they are in tears. And if they are in tears they have seen my sort of tears and He promises to be here for me.

When the night falls on you

You don't know what to do

Nothing you confess

Could make me love you less.

So often depression comes like a night. We also come and fall into a night of sorts when we fall into sin and the time between when we sin and confess that sin is a dark time. But Jesus sings here so easily that nothing that we can confess will make Him love us less.

One day I saw a vision of Jesus as He appeared after He was whipped at the cross. He turned around so that His back faced me. His back was in shreds similar to the strips that you cut in meat before you dice it. They are the stripes that were cut in his back so that we might be healed and forgiven.

So often it's our sin that keeps us away from Jesus and His waiting arms and we need to cast of the worry and come with our tears and confess our sins so our tears can be wiped away.

I'll stand by you

Ill stand by you

Won't let nobody hurt you

I'll stand by you

Jesus is unreal. He is always there for me with a comforting word if I chat to Him and if I read the Word he can always pick me up with His promises. Often when I am going about my business this song will come on the radio and it's Jesus singing to me letting me know that He is standing with me by my side.

There is real joy in knowing that the Creator of the world is standing in your corner, sure some people hurt us, but Jesus sorts that out for us and we grow from the experience.

So if you're mad, get mad

Don't hold it all inside

Come on and talk to me now

Hey, what you got to hide?

So many people are mad at God and they just don't know it. They don't know that they can swear at God and shake their fists and get mad and rant and rave. King David was an expressive sort of guy that wrote his prayers and he did his share of ranting. God encourages you here, get mad, don't hold it all inside. Remember Jesus died for all your sin even if you get mad at Him.

The number one thing satan wants is for you to think that God is not fair in some way and to harbour resentment toward him. So get mad and then when you're finished ranting have a good talk to Jesus and tell him everything on your mind.

Get out of these stuffy prayers, these oh so holy prayers, and simply have a chat to Jesus and unburden yourself. I do this often. In fact I chat more then what you would consider praying.

If your mad at a situation or at God or Jesus do you think God doesn't know? Don't suffer in silence, you'll be surprised how good you feel when you get it off your chest.

I get angry too

Well I'm a lot like you.

We were created in the image of God but somehow we seem to take human emotions and discount them from God and say that He doesn't go through what we go through. You only have to look at Noah's flood if you believe that it happened, to see what happens when God gets angry. If Moses had not interceded with God on more then one occasion God would have wiped out the Jews in the wilderness and they were His chosen people.

Don't hold in your anger. Vent it with God. God wants you to know He is a lot like us. Jesus is a man and God at the same time, with human emotions and that's what makes it so cool that He is our high priest praying and interceding for us in heaven. Let God know you are angry. Get it off your chest and you may find a fresh breeze blowing after you do, a refreshing breeze like a beer after a hard days work.

When you're standing at the crossroads

And don't know which path to choose

Let me come along

cause even if you're wrong

In the Christian life we have a life full of decisions and things to do. So many people come to major crossroads and they get nervous. Jesus asks us to simply take Him along. So few people pray and fast these days. God is still a God that helps His people make decisions and He wants to be consulted. As I speak to Jesus most days I find that most of what I am doing from day to day and article to article for instance comes from Jesus direction. But Jesus promises even if we make the wrong decisions that He will be with us.

I'll stand by you

I'll stand by you

Won't let nobody hurt you

I'll stand by you

It's so grand that even our worst decisions Jesus is still there to help us and take us further in our journey. Scripture declares it.

Romans 8:28 28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

God promises that He will make good of everything as long as we are walking with Him; both the good and the bad. I find this one of the most comforting passages in the Bible.

Take me in, into your darkest hour

And Ill never desert you

Ill stand by you

So often we leave Jesus out of our dark moments and we go ahead in our own strength. People don't often run to Jesus until all their own efforts have run out and been exhausted and yet Jesus wants us to approach our dark moments with Him, hand in hand. He promises that He will never desert us.

This is such a comforting thought. That Jesus will never desert us and will be with us through the darkest hours and actually wants to walk those dark corridors with us. This is exciting and comforting to a weary soul.

And when...

When the night falls on you, baby

You're feeling all alone

You won't be on your own

Sometimes Jesus feels so distant yet His word is never distant. When times are tough we need to stand on the promises of God in the Bible. The night can get pretty dark. As a person that suffers from depression in my Bipolar disorder I know what it is like to be in a dark position and yet Jesus infuses me with joy each time I approach Him and speak to Him.

Once again if satan doesn't keep us mad at God, he wants us not to speak to Jesus and the Father in prayer. That's why you find time for everything else but don't find time for prayer. Prayer and reading the Bible are two things no matter how much time you have to spare you'll find yourself most often neglecting.

I'll stand by you

I'll stand by you

Wont let nobody hurt you

I'll stand by you Take me in, into your darkest hour And I'll never desert you I'll stand by you I'll stand by you Won't let nobody hurt you I'll stand by you Won't let nobody hurt you I'll stand by you

Take some time and vent to God. Take your heart and search your heart and tell God your deepest hurts and your desires and get angry if you must. Then have a heart to heart chat with God. And remember Jesus will stand by you.

Then go and look up this song and play it online and let the tears roll.

With all my love Matthew Payne

Key Words the Most Important Component of SEO

One important factor you must know on key words is what your customers are interested in. Brain storming was one way to find them while writing down your customers' views and getting the opinions of focus groups also could help. These were the popular ways to find the correct keywords some time back but now you have the option to listen to conversations on social media and find the right keywords by analyzing those conversations.

There are key word research tools which could do the job for you. Two of the keyword research tools are keyword discovery and word tracker. Another point to remember about keywords is that though one word keywords were the trend some time back; the present trend is to use key phrases. Key phrases consisting of two or three words are more popular as the surfers have realized that using key phrase they could get more accurate results. The disadvantage with key phrases is, that search engine optimization for a phrase is more difficult as the words could come in different combinations. Instead of optimization to just one key word you need to optimize for a few phrases.

When a searcher is starting a search he will start with one or two keywords but as he goes on with it, he will narrow his search and go for more specific searches. Most business organizations make their sites to get high ranking in the preliminary broad searches but this is not useful as they will not be there when the search becomes more specific. The only advantage in such ranking is that the surfers could come back for other searches.

Finally when you come to know the pattern of searches and the key words used, you have the option to adjust your site to suit the needs of the surfers.

Learn Where to Find Music Lyrics and Chords

If you're a musician , then you're likely to always be on the look out for music lyrics and chords- especially if you play any type of musical instrument. But did you know that you don't always have to go to your nearest music store to find these thingsall There are numerous inexpensive, sometimes even free, resources out there- all you have to do is look around.

While music stores and instrument stores are a great place to find lyrics and chord books, sometimes they are extremely expensive- and sometimes you only end up with one or two songs. This seems like a waste of money once you've mastered the song and want to learn something new. These are a good idea however, if you aren't able to find what you're looking for through other sources.

Music lyrics and chords can now be easily found on the internet- this is where websites dedicated to music and musicians can come in handy, they'll usually be able to point you in the right direction. If you don't find what you're looking for on websites specifically for music or lyrics, you can usually use a search engine and find what you're looking for. It's especially helpful if you put in the specific song you're looking for or a certain artist's music- this makes your results much more accurate.

And with internet searches, there are also numerous forums and message boards out there specifically for music and music lovers/artists. This is a good place to find someone to swap with or to even lyrics and chords for free or next to nothing. Websites dedicated specifically to bands or solo artists are an especially good place to find these types of forums.

If you are interested in learning the music lyrics and chords to musical productions and plays, you might try local high schools or colleges. Usually their drama or music departments will have these items, and sometimes the instructor for that class will either let you copy them or even loan them to you.

Sometimes schools and colleges sell or auction off their materials, check with your school's local administrative office for more information about buying old teaching materials. In schools where instructors purchase their own teaching materials, you might ask the instructor directly about purchasing materials they're no longer using.

Last but not least, don't forget about your local public library. There is an amazing array of musical materials- instructional and otherwise- in most libraries. You can usually find many different books containing music lyrics and chords in them, and best of all, they're free to check out. If you don't want to check the entire book out, most libraries have copy machines in them, and you can- for a small, per page fee- photocopy what you need.

Oldies Music Lyrics - Know the Songs You Love

The thing I love about oldies music lyrics is that those singers sang about their feelings. Back in the day they came straight from the heart. Whether it was love, hate, whatever, it was genuine. Especially where love is concerned. Those singers really knew how to sing about love. If a man loved a woman, he told her so. He did not go around trying to be a player, trying to get all the women in the world to be with him. He just got that one woman, wrote a song about her and sang his heart out to let her know how he felt. Today's songs have nothing on oldies music lyrics. First of all it is rare to find an artist today singing about true love, at least on mainstream radio. Also the thing that helped the old school singers create great lyrics were their musicians who used real instruments, not electronic music and synthesizers. If you listen to a song today that's at least forty years old, you will hear a trumpet, a flute, a saxophone, real instruments.

The words in oldies music lyrics can easily bring out in you what you've been wanting to say, but couldn't find the words to say on your own. You can listen to any country song by Conway Twitty and find yourself bawling at the end because the words are so truthful and have so much meaning to at least one situation in your life. That is what oldies music lyrics does. It speaks about truth. There's always a meaning in the song. I don't think today's artists have the inspiration of those that came before them. Think about it, when you imagine a classic song, what comes to mindall Probably not any song written in the past thirty years. The classic songs, especially the love ballads, are from back in the day. Even the fast rock and roll songs are the older ones, not anything you might hear on today's top 40. They don't even come close. Slow songs, fast songs, blues, country, pop, rock, and even the motown sound...there is no substitute for old school.

Most of the artists today don't even have the talent to write original songs and lyrics. They spend so much time sampling other songs and then when they do use great music, they sample over it with rap songs. I know some of these old school song writers who have left this earth are somewhere saying, "why in the world did you give them permission to sample over my song." Old school singers sang about life. The writers wrote about life and that's not textbook. That's called being creative, in other words, having talent.

Printable Word Search

Word search puzzles (often simply known as "word searches") are puzzle games normally played using a pen and paper. The player's goal is to find a number of words hidden in a grid or table of letters. The challenge of the game stems from three factors:

- Firstly, the words can be hidden at any position or orientation within the grid of letters. Words may be vertical (going up, or going down), horizontal (left to right, or right to left) or diagonally (in any of the four diagonal directions).

- Secondly, not all letters in the grid may be part of a word. Moreover, given that words can cross and overlap. Combined with the jumble of different orientations and positions, it may be extremely difficult to locate all of the words hidden in the puzzle.

- Thirdly, the player may or may not be given a list of words to search for. Usuaully players are in fact given a list, but this is not absolutely necessary - in fact the puzzle is much more difficult in the absence of such a list. Puzzle designers who choose not to provide a word list, do usually give at least a clue as to the type or subject of the words in the puzzle.

While many people enjoy word search puzzles as a leisure activity, it should also not be forgotten that these puzzles can also have educational value, especially in terms of practising spelling and reading. This is because students must knowt the correct spelling of words (along with the learning to work methodically) in order to solve the puzzle.

Creating a word search puzzle by hand is no easy task - it's a time consuming, trial error process, but, in all honesty, not nearly as much fun as solving these puzzles. One solution is to use your computer to create these puzzles - it then becomes quick and easy - just type a list of words, and with the help of suitable software, a puzzle appears in a flash. Additionally the computer makes it very easy to try out different sizes, shapes and word lists when creating these puzzles.

SEARCH Function and FIND Function in Microsoft Excel

There are two very similar functions in Excel to look for data inside of cells matching parameters that you dictate: SEARCH and FIND. There are so similar, in fact, that one wonders why have two separate functions that perform virtually the identical results and are identical in the construct of the formula. This article will discuss he one, basic difference.

SEARCH Introduction

The SEARCH function is a way to find a character or string within another cell, and it will return the value associated with the starting place. In other words, if you are trying to figure out where a character is within the cell that contains a word, sentence or other type of information, you could use the SEARCH function. The format for this function is:

=SEARCH("find_text","within_text",start_num).

If, for example, the word "alphabet" was in cell C2, and your model needed the location of the letter "a" in that cell, you would use the formula =SEARCH("a",C2,1), and the result would be 1. To continue this simplistic example, if you were seeking the location of "b" in the word, the formula would be =SEARCH("b",C2,1), and the result would be 6. You can also use search on strings of characters. If, for example, cell F2 contains 1023-#555-A123, the formula =SEARCH("A12",F2,1) would yield the 11 as an answer.

FIND Introduction

The FIND function is another way to find a character or string within another cell, and it will return the value associated with the starting place, just like the SEARCH function. The format for this function is:

=FIND("find_text","within_text",start_num).

Using the same example as before, the location of the letter "a" in cell C2 would be discovered using =FIND("a",C2,1), and the result would be 1. Looking for "b" in cell C2 would be accomplished be =FIND("b",C2,1), resulting in the number 6. Finally, continuing on the similarity path, if cell F2 contains 1023-#555-A123 (as before), the formula =FIND("A12",F2,1) would yield the 11 as an answer. As you can see, up to this point, both methods would give you the same results.

Note: You probably quickly recognized that there are two a's in the word located in cell C2. By stating the starting point in each of the formulas as 1, we will pick up the first instance of the letter "a". If we needed to choose the next instance, we could merely have the "start_num" part of the formula to be 2, thus skipping the first instance of the letter and resulting in an answer of 5.

Main Differences

The main difference between the SEARCH function and the FIND function is that FIND is case sensitive and SEARCH is not. Thus, if you used the formula =SEARCH("A",C2,1) (note the capital "A"), the result would still be 1, as in the case before. If you were to use the formula =FIND("A",C2,1), you would get #VALUE!. FIND is case sensitive and there is no "A" in the word "alphabet".

Another difference is that SEARCH allows for the use of wildcards whereas FIND does not. In this context, a question mark will look for an exact phrase or series of characters in a cell, and an asterisk will look for the beginning of the series of characters right before the asterisk. For example, the formula =SEARCH("aallp",C2,1) in our alphabet example would yield an answer of 1, as it is looking for an exact grouping of the letter "a" with anything next to it with a "p" immediately after. As this is in the beginning of the word, the value returned is 1. Continuing with the alphabet example, the formula =SEARCH("h*t",C2,1) would yield a value of 4. In this instance, the wildcard "*" can represent any number of characters in between the "h" and the "t" as long as there is a string beginning and ending with the two letters you use in the formula. If the formula was =SEARCH("h*q",C2,1), you would get #VALUE!.

In short, these two formulas are very similar, and unless you need confirmation of an exact character or string of characters, you would likely err on the side of using SEARCH. Instances where this may not be the case might involve searches involving specific SKUs or names of employees. In my experience, SEARCH has been more helpful in specific financial modeling exercises, but it is helpful to understand the differences in usage and results as you work through your own modeling projects.

The Best Wedding Songs and Lyrics Online

Downloading music, searching for music, searching for lyrics, and listening to music online are one of the top things to do on the Internet. Every single day millions of people go to sites like song meanings, lyrics on demand, and all lyrics. Obviously the reason for going to these sites is for finding lyrics to your favorite song but you can do much more. For example, if you just heard a song on the radio that you really like you can go to Google and put in a line from the song, once you put in a line of lyrics, you can find the exact song that you heard. On top of the regular lyrics sites there are also specialty sites such as music from movies, music from TV shows, and other things such as weddings.

There are some really cool wedding lyrics sites online, some of these sites just have lyrics and others have things like top tens, search engines, games and much more. I won't lie, I'm really into lovey-dovey songs as well as a lot of wedding songs. But that's not saying much considering a lot of wedding songs that aren't traditional are just regular songs played at weddings. Some of the top sites you can go to right now are:

- Romantic-Lyrics: Featured artists Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, Seasons Of Love.

- OurWeddingSongs: Categories like bouquet toss, wedding dinner, introduction, cake cutting, father daughter, first dance, garter toss, last dance, and wedding party are included.

- Popular-Wedding-Songs: These are some of the most popular wedding songs.

- TopWeddingSites: this is a great site to go to if you're looking for examples of songs as well as to hear samples of songs.

If you're also looking for more sites that allow you to listen to songs or download free samples you can also try the sites below:

- Myspace: Not to be too cliche but this is a great site to go to if you're looking for music. Not only can you find various artists but you can also find pretty much anything you're looking for, it doesn't matter if the song is new or old!

- Project-Playlist: This site has a lot of really great music you can search through and find the perfect song for you.

You can also go to other sites and search for wedding and love songs specifically for your wedding. Simply go to Google and search for sites relevant to wedding song samples.

To Find Yourself You Must Lose Your Words

...To find myself I have to lose my (whatall) - my words?

Yes, it's true. To find and reconnect with your authentic self, all preconceived ideas (words) about who you are; all needs, expectations and identifications with who you want be, have to be suspended... held away long enough to breakthrough to the insight that expressed these longings.

Consider this for a moment: Your true self is not a person, a place out there... or a thing to go find. Your real self isn't even any specific functioning form called "Your Name" at all. (Stay with this short article and see what you can find in yourself and in the gaps between my words

We all seek the same things ultimately. In my lifework as a spiritual author and teacher, what people most often tell me they seek in life is something like this:

Unconditional love and self-acceptance; meaningful and connected relationships with spouse, family and friends; sense of purpose; deep inner peace; and a feeling of security.

These feelings and longings for a meaningful sense of connection, purpose, love and peace are right on. It is just that the paths we use to try and fulfill these impulses are all wrong.

Be heartened: These universal feelings of the heart and longings of the mind are actually the wake-up impulse of the soul, leading you and me to a true discovery of self, meaning, love, and connection (...if we but discover the perceptual breakthrough and unique language of soul)!

Here's why I started this article with this phrase: "To find yourself you must lose your words".

Unconditional love, self-acceptance, meaningful connection with others, inner contentment, and a feeling of inner security can only be known when we give our self away.

You might be asking about now: "Why do I have to give my self away in order to find myself?...and what does that mean anyway?

We must lose our self in order to know and express our authentic self because it is the struggling attachments to our self-identified needs (and the constructs these forever set up) that are the self-imprisoning culprits blocking us from the very qualities we long to know and experience in life. Ironic? Yes, very! Paradoxical? Absolutely! Weird crazy-talk?.... Keep with this a moment:

I know this last paragraph may sound like crazy new age mumbo jumbo to your mind....It is frustratingly crazy-talk to the mind! The mind will never understand this realization I am pointing you toward. This is why people seeking and struggling won't find what they seek!

To understand and find what you seek, you must learn how to become the observer--witnessing of your life by moving your conscious awareness into a place of spontaneous relationship and presence with this very moment.

(Don't even worry if your mind doesn't get this or discounts and argues with it. That's the mind's job. See that and at the same time, drop down and listen with (what I call) "soft ears" from a place where the heart simply yearns. This heart-space will bring your closer to the doorway of breakthrough.)

Losing yourself into the present moment of awareness in order to find yourself:

• When one knows how to engage in the present moment from a place of curious and engaging "eyes wide open" dialogue (or what I have come to coin the Soul Arts process of awakening), then the self-identifications (all our words about who we are, are not, can be, can't be, should be, the troubles of our past, the issues of our present, and the fears of our future, etc) are seen through for the self-imprisoning and life-limiting constructs they create!

• When one experiences how to be in a dynamic, creative and conscious relationship with each present moment, there is an automatic new seating of consciousness from the authenticity of Self as witness. This is an awareness realization that is over and above the ego understanding of self or static identifications of form (which have their good and right places in life - just not here, in matters of insight, breakthrough, and the conscious shift of awareness that sets us free).

• When, as the observer-Witness, one becomes aware and awake to what it truly means to be in real relationship with life, there is simply the direct experience and expression of True Self and Authentic Being.

• When one is in the present moment and seeing the mechanisms of the mind from a place that is engaging and dialoguing with the truth of the moment, he/she is directly experiencing a spiritual breakthrough which some will call awakening, enlightenment, illumination or being born anew.

The really good news: Love, acceptance, healthy relationships, inner peace, a sense of meaning: All these we can experience and know in our life but for one error of understanding and approach:

The one mistake we make in our seeking to find, know and live our authentic self, is this: we keep trying to find it, get it, control it, own and manage it...from the ego-identified mind. This can and will never happen (not in any real way)! It cannot and will not ever happen, because the mind is the wrong tool for making this inner shift of realization. True self is not a "thing" at all!

The "how to find myself" bottom-line?...If you really truly want to know and express loving compassion and passionate purpose in your life, fall (more) in love with the art of a curious engaging relationship with each moment, than you are in fear of "getting it right; of solving it, of the illusion of security, of the fear of fear itself.

The mind can't really get this next sentence either (other than from an intellectual understanding):

• The only time & space in which you, I, or any one of us ever live, heal, love, serve, connect at all: is right here, in each right now.

• The only moment you can ever experience, express, or know what your heart and soul is seeking, is right here in the given moment...

• NOW is only ever where your authentic self will be experienced. (To really understand and know this, it has to be directly experienced here, and not merely intellectually followed as a concept for some expected future time.)

So please if you seek to live authentically and to know peace, purpose and passion, let your life become a living meditation.

Experience your life as it is meant to be: as a movement of consciousness ever evolving and dancing with and through this Being you call "you".

When this kind of fluid self-realization is consciously experienced and inwardly recognized (even just once) then the impulse of soul is awakened and that which you seek is already realized, here, now.

Don't believe it? Don't think you "get it"?

...One closing prayer: If you really seek inner truth and not just a quick-fix band-aid strategy of the mind, promising that which it cannot ever deliver, then I invite you to get curious and to engage with me in the magnificent genius and art of soul! Come step through the doorway of your soul's longing and fall into the love affair with life that awaits...

Understanding Rap Lyrics

If you fancy yourself a rap fan, do you actually know what the lyrics in the songs you like are sayingall Many people claim to be rap fans, yet don't know what the rapper is going on about. Rap can be very fast-paced so it isn't surprising that it can be hard to understand.

Lyrics are easy to find. Generally they'll be on the jacket of the CD, or in liner notes tucked inside. If not, you can almost always find lyrics online. Just run a search using the name of the song. Then, play the song while reading the lyrics. That's the easiest way to understand what is being said in the songs.

Commonly, parents worry about their children's musical choices. If you are a concerned parent, it is worth your while to scan the lyrics now and then. You may be unpleasantly surprised to find that your child is listening to songs with lyrics that don't reflect your values or ideals. You also can check CD labels on rap music. Many retailers will place a parental advisory sticker on a CD that has questionable content.

This is why rap music is so very controversial in the entertainment industry. No other form of music includes lyrics that are so blatantly objectionable. In many rap songs you'll hear content that is cruel, demeaning, impolite, and violent.

Some songs will include lyrics that detail drug use or talk about domestic violence. Some songs glorify the murder of police officers. Others talk about murder more generally, or encourage other illegal behavior. The artist will say "it's just for fun, it's entertainment," but often if you compare the lyrics with the lifestyle you can see a pretty good match.

These same artists will also claim that the industry compels them to write extreme songs. Shocking content helps rap music to sell.

Controversy is a great generator of PR, in fact. The more obnoxious lyrics are in a rap song, the more attention that song and artist are going to get. And that in turn equates to more sales. Some will purchase the music because it reflects their angry take on life. Others will buy it just because they are curious about the music that is causing so much of an uproar.

Don't assume that all rap artists follow that attention-getting tactic though. Plenty of rappers are looking to create top-notch music in their chosen medium, and have lyrics that are perfectly reasonable.

Using Find to Search Inside Word

If you have been working with Word documents for many times now, you know how you can search inside word using Find. This is the most utilized function when you are looking for strings of text within the document. This is also berry helpful and reliable. In addition to that, you do not have to download another program just so you can get the characters, numbers or any string in your Word document. Understanding this function and how it works can be very beneficial especially for those who like using Microsoft Word as their word processor.

It is not a secret that most of the computer users today employ Microsoft Word when they are creating documents, letters and any other type of writing. This is because it contains templates as well as other useful stuff such as grammar and spelling checkers. Now, if you have been working for several months on a certain document that is quite long and you need to look for a certain word there, you can use Find.

There are many reasons why people have to search within Word files for the strings of text. Some may have to change a name, a date or a place. Others may have found you that they commonly misspell some words and yet they are part of the dictionary so Word does not correct them. Whatever your reason is, the Find option is a great help for you. To access this, you can go to Edit menu and then click on the Find option. The keyboard shortcut is CTRL F. Now a dialog box will appear which has three tabs: Find, Replace and Go to. You can just stick to Find if you will only perform a word search.

The Find what box is where you will be typing the word or phrase that you are searching for. To see the results easily, you can check the "highlight all items found in" the "Main Document." There are other options that you can try if Word has returned some results that are not according to your preference. To do this, click on the More button. The dialog box will expand and then the Search Options will appear.

The first one allows you to select whether you want to search in the entire document or you can specify the direction of the search process whether it is downward or upward. Below this are a group of checkboxes with the first one being "Match case." This is helpful for those whoa real searching for abbreviations or anything that is case sensitive. The next one is "Find whole words only." This allows you to search for the exact match of the word or phrase that you have specified. Then, there are the "Use wildcards," "Sounds like," and "Find all word forms."

At the bottom, there are two buttons: Format and Special. Click on them and you will see the options for them. When you need to search inside Word, Find is a helpful tool within the application. Word search will be fast and precise.

Why it is More Difficult to Search in Excel Than in Word

Excel, unlike Word, has sheets that you can work with simultaneously. These sheets can be found right at the bottom of the Excel window shown as tabs. And just by looking at its appearance, seeing the cells can definitely make you say that to search in Excel files should be a more complicated process than to search in Word files.

Doing a search within a Word document is easy. There are two ways to do the search in Word documents. First is by accessing the Edit menu then clicking on Find. And the other way is through its shortcut counterpart. Just hit the Ctrl key together with the F key in your keyboard and you will pull up a box with a space for you to type in the words you want to search. If your Word document has multiple pages, you can position your cursor where your document starts and do the search from there and it will search the document, from page one, all the way to your last page.

The Ctrl+F can still work in Excel; however, it is a little tricky. Excel documents do not have pages; they have sheets instead. If you simply press Ctrl+F, it will only do a search on the current sheet that you are on. You won't include the other sheets in the search that you want to do for the entire document. Although manually doing the search for each sheet is still possible, and it wouldn't be too tedious, especially if you only have few sheets to work on. However, there is an even easier way to do the search.

These are the steps that you can do to make things easier if you want to find certain words or strings in all the sheets of your Excel document:

First is to right click any sheet that you have in your Excel document. The right click will bring out a menu. And from the said menu, click "Select All Sheets". Clicking on "Select All Sheets" puts your Excel document into Group Mode. You will know that you are already in Group Mode through two signs Excel is showing. The first sign is by looking at the tabs. The tabs are now white and the current active tab that you are in will be bolded. The second sign is by looking at the title bar. You will see the word "Group" written on the title bar.

Once in group mode, the Ctrl+F function will now work on all sheets that you have in the Excel document. Searching through all your sheets can be done in two ways. One way is by keeping the Find box open and just hit "Next" to find words. The other way is by closing the Find box and pressing Shift then F4 to find the words you are looking for.

After the search in Excel, it is important to remember to ungroup your Excel. By not doing so, whenever you work in future, all the edits that you do on a single sheet will also happen in the rest of your sheets available in the document.

Word Find Puzzle Maker

Word find puzzles (also known as "word jumbles" or "word searches") are a type of puzzle game. The objective of the game is to find words that are hidden within an array of letters. These games are not perhaps quite as difficult as some other kinds of pen and paper puzzles, but nevertheless many people enjoy solving them. Additionally, the relative ease of solving these puzzles makes them particularly attractive to children.

It should be remembered that word find puzzles can also have educational benefits, both in a K-12 environment, and for ESL (English as a Second Language) students. This is because solving these puzzles requires playing very close attention to the spelling of words.

It is possible to buy ready-made word find puzzles, but many teachers (and some parents) prefer to create their own puzzles. This allows them to tailor the difficulty of the puzzle, and the choice of words to be hidden within it, to their particular requirements.

Creating a puzzle yourself, is certainly possible, but it can require a lot of time and effort. It's quite difficult to find a way of arranging words such that have significant overlaps and intersections, especially if you are aiming to pack the puzzle into a relative small grid.

A better alternative to creating the puzzle by hand, is to get your computer to do the hard work. With the help of word find puzzle maker software, it becomes an easy task. You simply enter a list of words, click a button, and a puzzle is generated immediately. If you don't like the first puzzle design that appears, click the button again, and you can generate a new puzzle.

Word Search Printables

Word search puzzles are grids of letters arranged in rows and columns. At first glance they appear to be a completely random mishmash of letters, but if you look closely you can see within the grid that there are hidden words. The words may be placed horizontally (either left to right  or right to left), vertically (upwards or downwards) or diagonally.  The goal of the puzzle is to find the words hidden within the grid. Many people find these puzzles to be an interesting diversion, and you will often see this type of puzzle printed in magazines or newspapers. But it's not only adults who may enjoy these puzzles - many children like solving them too.

Children's interest in these type of puzzles can be a good thing as solving a word search puzzle might help a child in a number of areas.-

* First, to solve the puzzle, a child must pay close and careful attention to the task - a child will soon learn that concentration and persistence pays off!

* Secondly, most word search puzzles are accompanied by a list of words to search for. Children may encounter new words through these puzzles, and thus expand their vocabulary.

* Thirdly, in order to find words with the puzzle grid, a child must pay close attention to the exact spelling of each of the words.

A parent or teacher wanting to expose children to word search puzzles could of course buy a printed book full of word search puzzles, but the problem with this is that you don't get to choose the words. An alternative idea is to make and print your own puzzles - with the help of appropriate word search puzzle maker software it's actually very quick and easy to do.  Using the right software also provides other advantages - you can print as many copies of each puzzle as you want, and you can even choose the size of the letter grid or directions words are hidden in (for example by turning off diagonal and backward directions), so as to adjust the puzzle difficulty.

Write Lyrics to a Song

"Only a genius can write lyrics to a song such as this!" you might have heard people say this often. Though this is supposed to be a compliment for the writer, normal humans need not think that writing lyrics is beyond their ability. While it is true that some people possess inborn talent which helps them create exceptional works, anyone who has an observant eye and knows a language can write lyrics to a song.

Usually, you write song lyrics after the music is ready. So, you already have an idea of the song's structure. Once you know the number of verses and choruses, you just need to think of a tale to tell. But, having an idea is not enough. Several great ideas have evaporated midway between the writer's brain and his pen. Therefore, it is important to get them on paper.

If you cannot get any ideas on to paper, stop forcing yourself to write lyrics to a song and start writing about random things. Write as if you were writing your personal diary. A thought of significance may arise out of nowhere and lead you to a beautiful song.

You must first decide about what to say and then how to say it. Your idea can be anything simple and abstract like love or god. But the way you present it makes a lot of difference. If you are describing an event, you may follow the classical unities of theatre and write lyrics to a song describing each second of reality or miniaturize reality by depicting a lifetime in a 3-minute song. This choice, however, is based on the intention of the song.

Adding a hook makes a song more durable. Though pop numbers have a lot of hooks and repetitions, it is not advisable to have too many repetitions since there is a risk of boring the listener even before he starts to like it. So, when you write lyrics to a song, use hooks and chorus economically to create maximum effect. Also, chorus is the aftertaste the listener can feel and hum after listening to the song. So, keep it as simple as possible.
